This pale color and luminous white wine made from Red Grenache from 50 year old organically grown vines atop Eagle Point Ranch in the northern reaches of the Mayacamas range. An enticing and elevated, yet delicate, wave of white peach, melon, spring flowers and rose water laid on a mouthwatering acidity and soft texture lingering long past your last sip. If you liked the previous roses, you would love this wine.

Whole cluster and gently pressed using a gentle manual press cycle minimizing rotations and using low pressures for longer periods of time, this wine is delicate and a pale nude color. It went through native primary fermentation in neutral barrels and left to age for 10 months. Bottled unfined with minimal sulfite added. Farmed organically.
